Seeds - Mizuna

Mizuna is a delicious mild-flavoured Japanese leafy green that deserves more recognition than it receives.

It forms a large rosette of finely serrated, feather-like dark green leaves.

Its flavour is uniquely fresh and crisp, with a juicy yet crunchy texture that is perfect for salads, or steaming and stir-frying. It is a fast growing salad plant that can be eaten at all stages, and will provide several harvests when used for cut and come again harvesting.

Tolerant of both hot and cool temperatures, it’s a hardy leafy green that is very easy to grow.
