Liquidambar Styraciflua ‘Gumball’

A very compact, round growth habit, with beautiful maple shaped leaves that gradually darken to a lovely purple-y red before they fall in late Winter. Gorgeous for a statement plant either potted outside or planted in ground. These don't produce seed pods, and it's important to note that if planted in wetter soil, they don't grow much of a tap root and aren't suited to high wind areas.
