Citrus Finger Lime

This lime is often dubbed 'the caviar of citrus'. The fruit opens to reveal amazing little pearls of lime that pop in your mouth. Awesome as a garnish over seafood or salads, and can also be used in baking! To grow, they love a sunny spot and PLENTY of water. They need regular feeding and don't like to be surrounded by other trees with large root systems. Begins fruiting at around 3-4 years.
